Response Instructions

Members can build a list though ECM and then export the list for purchase (this exports as a spreadsheet). In this case, however, you cannot purchase the titles directly through ECM if you want to participate in the consortia offer.

  • When browsing books through ECM - be sure to enable the "Elible for Consortia' limiter when searching for ebook titles.
  • If you don’t have an ECM account, have forgotten your ID and password, or have an expired account, please contact Technical Support at: 1.800.758.5995

Please email orders to bcelnlic@sfu.ca, and cc Robin Corder rcorder@ebsco.com.  BC ELN / COPPUL members should respond to BC ELN.

Libraries can submit orders to BC ELN up until March 4, 2019. There is no minimum order. Access to purchased ebooks will be set-up as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Invoicing will happen directly from EBSCO and is guaranteed before fiscal year end.

Direct orders to EBSCO through EBSCOhost Collection Manager, GOBI or OASIS will NOT qualify for the discount. Participants must place orders directly through BCELN and EBSCO.

Libraries will be invoiced the end of this offer when the total number of participants across all 3 consortia will be tallied and the appropriate discount applied to the invoice.
