Illume - Interlibrary Loan

Illume is the shared service of BC ELN, Ministry of Education’s Libraries Branch, and public and post-secondary libraries in BC. Illume provides a backbone to the province’s interlibrary loan system, simplifying and streamlining library staff workflows. Provincial support for Illume is centralized at BC ELN through the Illume Administrative Centre.

Administrative Centre

The Illume Administrative Centre was created in 2015 and works to strengthen the Illume provincial interlibrary loan service, building critical infrastructure, consolidating support materials, and providing library staff with essential front-line assistance and troubleshooting.
