Renewal pricing for ProQuest's Academic Complete (formerly called ebrary Academic Complete) and College Complete, available via a joint license with COPPUL, TAL, and Manitoba Library Consortium, and negotiated by COPPUL, is now available. There is no increase over last year's pricing.

Pricing for the Canada Collection, a new collection of 8,500 titles, is now available on the Ebook Central and ebrary platforms. See the pricing section below for more details.


This is a multi-consortial license involving BC ELN, COPPUL, The Alberta Library, and the Manitoba Library Consortium.


Updates: 

ProQuest recently announced expanded access to premier ebooks from Wiley in the Academic Complete subscription. Under a new five-year agreement, Wiley will make an additional 4,000 ebooks available to ProQuest. By 2022, Academic Complete will carry more than 14,000 unlimited, multi-user access Wiley titles.

MARC records will be redirected from ebrary to Ebook Central. All new orders will have Ebook Central MARC records.
