RDA Toolkit Offer 2020-2021 [1]
LIS/LIT Programs
These programs are eligible for a special pricing offer from ALA for 30 users (USD 500) or 50 users (USD 800) subscriptions. They are eligible to join the ConCan offer and maintain their special pricing, without increase, for 2020-2021. However, LIS/LIT Programs will only be receive the ConCan 15% discount in the first year of this ConCan offer (2020-2021). Thereafter, continuing to participate in the ConCan deal offers them a guaranteed flat rate (0%) based on undiscounted 2019-2020 pricing. For any questions about this, please contact us.

Late subscribers are welcome and will be pro-rated to the common renewal date.
Interested institutions whose current subscription term to the RDA Toolkit does not match the current offer term (November 1, 2020 - October 31, 2021) will be eligible to join this ConCan offer after the expiry of their current term (pro-rated for the 2020-2021 ConCan term, then renewing in 2021 from November 1st).
This is a new BC ELN offering for the RDA Toolkit, an integrated, browser-based, online product that allows users to interact with a collection of cataloging-related documents and resources, including RDA: Resource Description and Access.
This offer covers a subscription to the RDA Toolkit only---it does not include other ALA offerings (e.g. learning and support programs). This is not a multi-year agreement, but in anticipation of renewals, ALA have committed to a 3% cap on fee increases for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. Institutions with an LIS program who subscribe to RDA Toolkit separately are welcome to share this offer with the LIS program who are also eligible to participate in the ConCan offer. Two separate subscriptions (library and LIS program) can be arranged.
