To RENEW, no response is required from current subscribers as listed above. To CANCEL or to CHANGE OPTIONS, libraries should contact BC ELN by the response deadline.
Late joins are permitted. Invoices will be prorated from the point of access.
Subscription Information:
All subscriptions feature unlimited simultaneous user access for all titles, and downloading/printing for the majority of titles. MARC records for all titles are available at no charge, and there are no access, platform, or other associated fees outside of the subscription.
Titles are added to the subscriptions once monthly, and titles are removed (if necessary) twice yearly – in January and July, so titles don’t disappear mid-semester.

MARC RECORDS
Each subscriber receives the following instructions from OCLC.
Cataloging records for the NetLibrary titles you recently purchased are now available.
The NetLibrary tracking numbers for this set of records are listed at the bottom.
To retrieve MARC records through PSWeb:
1. Connect to http://psw.oclc.org/psw/ [3].
2. Click on "Records and Reports".
3. Click on "OCLC WorldCat Cataloging Partners labels, records and reports". 4. Enter your OCLC authorization and password.
5. Click OK
6. Select the desired file to download.
7. Perform a Save As, as per your browser's Help instructions.
If the customer is in need of their OCLC authorization and password, please have them contact OCLC. If the customer does not receive the notification, please have them try to log into the PSW with the instructions above. Firewalls and a spam filter frequently block the notification e-mail, however, the notification is not needed to access the records.

BC ELN, COPPUL, The Alberta Library, and the Manitoba Library Consortium are participating in a special offer for the EBSCO academic e-books collection. In total there are 10 collections, with the Academic Collection being the largest and most complete collection.
There is a 3% increase over last year's pricing. The final pricing discount will be determined by participation throughout Western Canada. BC ELN / COPPUL libraries are asked to respond to BC ELN.
Based on current participation across the three consortia, we anticipate that libraries will benefit from a 20% discount level for 21-39 libraries.
