BC ELN Personal Information Banks
A Personal Information Bank (PIB) is a collection of personal information that is organized and capable of being retrieved using an individual's name or an identifying number or some other personal identifier.
Under British Columbia's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, BC ELN is required to make available to the public a listing of the PIBs it creates and maintains.

Individuals Included: Students seeking writing assistance via WriteAway service.
Records Retention Policy: Information is retained for one year.
